Smart City

The City of Racine recently competed with over 100 communities across Canada, Mexico, and the United States to earn a 2019 North American Smart Cities designation, becoming the first Wisconsin municipality and the smallest city ever to be awarded that honor.  But, what is a Smart City? Innovation City

The City of Racine—long known as “Invention City” in recognition of the ingenuity of its people and innovative products of its businesses—invites business executives, nonprofit leaders, residents, and government officials to participate in its Smart Cities September Series.
